Marcus founded Fawley to offer a more personal and independent approach to property advisory and oversight, built on over 20 years' experience in residential property investment and development.
Marcus started his property career sourcing development opportunities for a high-end developer in prime central London, before undertaking his own development projects including sensitive period and commercial to residential conversions to multi-unit new-build developments in London and the South East.
He now advises private clients, family offices and investors on all aspects of their property interests, working closely with contractors, solicitors, accountants, financial advisers and other property professionals. His role is to bring clarity, objectivity and practical experience, helping clients make well-informed decisions and achieve their long-term goals.
